Compliance - Monitoring - Reporting  

The success of MEFWINNS relies mostly on how these principles are followed. In order to ensure whether the above-mentioned principles are followed or not, the MEFWINNS board plays a very significant role in implementing and executing the principles. the day-to-day responsibility is delegated to all senior management of the geographies, categories, functions and operating companies. Assurance of compliance is given and monitored annually. Any breaches in the Code of conduct must be reported to the concerned authorities. The Board will not criticise management for any loss of business resulting from adherence to these principles and other mandatory policies. in fact, Provisions have been made for employees to be able to report in confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so. 

Business integrity 

It will always be our topmost priority to work with integrity and honesty with respect to all the related parties of business getting in touch with. We also respect the legitimate interests of those with whom we have relationships. At Mefwinns, under no circumstances is giving or taking bribes. a bribe is not allowed in Any demand for, or offer of, a bribe must be rejected immediately and reported to management. Mefwinns accounting records and supporting documents must be transparent without any underlying money transactions.
